Building your best life on the Mornington Peninsula

Waltara Homes — Mornington Peninsula's Custom Builder of Choice.

Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula is a truly remarkable place with 190km of beautiful coastline, rolling hills of vineyards and orchards, charming villages, natural hot springs and peaceful forest hikes. If your passion is fine food and wine, gardening, golf, cycling, bush walks, surfing, or the arts, you will love living on the Peninsula.

My connection to the place goes back to the 1950s when my grandfather, also a builder, settled in Mordialloc just north of the Peninsula. This makes me the third generation of the Phillips family to build homes on the Peninsula and surrounding areas. Each day when I make the trip from my home in Flinders to the Waltara office in Main Street Mornington, I feel so lucky to call the Peninsula home.

That’s why when you build with Waltara Homes you’re working with people who know what it means to build a life on the Peninsula. And regardless of your budget, you can trust it will be built to the highest standards of design and construction.

Whether you’re new to the Mornington Peninsula or a longtime resident, come and talk to my team about your building project and how we can help to make it a reality.

We engaged with Scott Phillips to complete our home in 2020 after he was recommended to us by another builder in the industry. Scott and his team were amazing to deal with, very personable, professional and the communication and end product were to a very high standard. We would build with them again in a heartbeat!

I'm currently building with Waltara Homes and it has been a breath of fresh air to find a builder that is as passionate as you are. Scott, Laeyna, Reza and Brett have all been wonderful to work with and I have to say, it makes the experience even more special. I would highly recommend them for their professionalism, consent communication and keeping me up to date through the stages of my build, love the pics along the way and makes me more excited to move in, can't wait and thank you for all your efforts thus far, regards Matt

Scott and Laeyna have been excellent to deal with! I was far from an easy case in having a difficult block of land in which to construct my home. Scott and Laeyna have been enormously patient, helpful and professional as together we worked through the complexities of preparing for my build. I truly can't imagine embarking on this project without the knowledge and experience that Scott and Laeyna have brought. Couldn't recommend highly enough.
